  • When do I need to register for VAT?

    You must register if you sell over a certain amount in a rolling 12 month period, but you can register before this. More information can be found on the Inland Revenue website.

  • What records do I need to keep?

    The short answer is everything. You need to keep receipts for any purchases you make for your company, and invoices or monies received for goods or services sold. If you are putting any information through your company records you need to have proof.
